Fabian Bättig

Fabian is a dedicated master's student at the Institute for Science, Technology, and Policy. During his Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences at ETH Zurich, he discovered his passion for inter- and transdisciplinary work, particularly in sustainable food systems.

Recently, Fabian was part of the ETH Zurich Delegation at the Global Youth Forum at the external pageWorld Food Forumcall_made in Rome, where his interest in food sustainability deepened. Now, his master's thesis focuses on understanding the substitution effect of meat substitutes.
